From the meticulous selection of raw materials to the final quality inspection, every stage of our process is engineered to guarantee the superior quality, strength, and durability of our products — relying on international standards and Saudi-level quality benchmarks.
Strategically located in Arbat, Sulaymaniyah — in close proximity to Sulaymaniyah city — our facility ensures the seamless and efficient transport of products to any region or province in Iraq. Design and construction commenced in 2022 based on the latest scientific engineering models, and was completed in 2025, the same year we launched a production line that strictly adheres to the American ASTM‑A615/G60 standard.

Scrap Department
We select carefully from the start… to guarantee quality to the end. Scrap metal is the starting point in the journey of producing high-quality steel. That is why our role goes beyond simply receiving scrap: every load goes through an organized process of inspection, sorting, grading, and preparation before it moves on to the melting stage. Because the quality of the final product begins with the quality of its raw materials, we treat this stage as the first link in the quality chain that follows the steel all the way to the customer.

Radiation Inspection
Every load of scrap entering the factory passes through an advanced inspection device that complies with international standards — precisely screening for radioactive materials so only clean, uncontaminated scrap ever enters the production line.

Melting Department
Following the melting process, molten metal is transported using the safest and most robust overhead cranes — supplied by leading international manufacturers — to the Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), where it is cast into iron billets ready for immediate rolling or storage.

Rolling Mill Department
The Rolling Mill is a cornerstone of our factory, built with an innovative vision and featuring state-of-the-art machinery from global giants in the steel industry. Fully automated, it transforms iron billets into premium rebar of unrivaled strength — produced in sizes from 10mm to 32mm.

Laboratory & Quality Control
Equipped with the most advanced testing instruments, our laboratories conduct comprehensive scientific analysis on raw materials, molten metal, billets, and cooling water — rigorously verifying every product against American ASTM‑615/G60 and international ISO standards before release.

Shipping & Logistics
From the production line to your project site… reliable supply that keeps you building without interruption
We know that a project’s success depends not only on the quality of the rebar, but also on its arrival on site on time, in the right quantities, and to the required specifications. That is why we designed our shipping and logistics services to make the supply process easier and more reliable for our customers.
Our team prepares every shipment and checks quantities, specifications, and order accuracy before loading. Shipments are then transported through an organized fleet and logistics network from our plant in Erbil to project sites throughout the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
Storage Yard
Organized, Size-Sorted, Ready to Ship
Finished rebar is stacked and size-sorted across our storage yard, staged for fast retrieval and immediate dispatch. Overhead cranes and a disciplined stacking system keep every batch traceable from the rolling mill to the truck bed.

We produce high-strength deformed reinforcing steel bars (rebar) in diameters from 10 mm to 32 mm on advanced rolling lines, in accordance with the American standard ASTM A615 Grade 60. Our products undergo thorough laboratory testing to verify their mechanical and chemical properties and compliance with specifications, and every shipment comes with product-specific test certificates, giving our customers the confidence, quality, and reliability their construction projects demand.
